Avitech`s Annual Sales Meeting at Trivandrum

Avitech held its Annual Sales Meeting this year at “The Travancore Heritage”, Trivandrum from 3rd to 11th August 2007.

All the field staff of the Poultry team attended the meeting, besides the HO marketing staff, the CEO and Managing Director. Among the various programs held was a 3-day product training programme, and a one-day session on individual ‘role and responsibility’ that was conducted by Dr. S.P.Arora.

This was followed by area wise sales reviews.

The additional highlights of the Annual Sales Meeting included award presentations to the outstanding candidates for their best performance. Mr. Atma Ram Yadav, Area Sales Manager, Gurgaon, Haryana bagged the “Annual Gold Star Award” for the second consecutive year for achieving the best performance at all India level during the year 2006-07.

Mr. S. Sakthivel, Zonal Sales Manager, Tamil Nadu was presented the “Annual Silver Star Award” for achieving the second-best performance at all India level during the year 2006-07. This award is based on the quantifiable sales figures and consistent achievement of quarterly sales plans. A Certificate of Appreciation was also awarded to some of the members for achieving the highest growth, quarterly target achievement and for those who showed the best performance in the product quiz.

The team also went on a day long picnic to Kanyakumari.
