Technical Seminar on Poultry Management conducted by Okey Agrovet

Okey Agrovet conducted a technical seminar at Kanpur on 2nd September 2007. The seminar was organised with the aim of sharing the information and knowledge on management and nutrition of birds to increase the productivity in poultry.

Mr. Jitender Dixit, welcomed the farmers and Mr. Mahanand Pathak introduced the organization to the audience.

Dr. Lokesh Gupta, Regional Technical Executive, Avitech Nutrition Pvt. Ltd., delivered his topic on broiler management in different season. Dr. Lokesh also explained about the nutritional aspects of improving broiler operation.
Mr. Atma Ram Yadav, Area Sales Manager & Mr. Shiv Shankar Singh, Sales Officer both from Avitech were also present.

Mr. S.A. Khan, renowned poultry consultant attended the seminar as chief guest and shared his experience with the poultry farmers and answered the queries raised by them. Mr. Khan covered major topics on physiological effect of stress in poultry and stress mediated losses and the ways to control them in poultry.

The response to the seminar was very good and more than 100 poultry farmers attended this seminar.
