Avitech Team Visits the International Poultry Expo, Atlanta, USA

Mr. R. Kapur, The Managing Director, Mr. S. Malhotra, Chief Executive and Dr. Harish Dharne, Manager-Technical Services & Business Promotion participated in the International Poultry Expo held at Atlanta, Georgia, USA on 23-25 January 2008.

The International Poultry Expo and the International Feed Expo is the world's largest trade show for the poultry industry.

Avitech`s team attended this show with an objective of familiarising itself seeking with the latest developments and technologies in the international markets.

Avitech also explored the potential of Indian products in the American subcontinent. Avitech believes Indian competence and its traditional knowledge systems such as Ayurveda can open the doors of world’s most progressive livestock industry.

The event was co-located with the International Feed Expo for the second year in a row and featured more than 894 exhibitors, educational programs, cooking demonstrations and keynote speakers including the U.S. Department of Commerce Secretary Carlos M. Gutierrez.
