With several organizational restructuring initiatives under way, the company is growing both, in terms of size of business and manpower.
To address the growing needs of the company, Avitech is pleased to inform that Dr. Nirmalya Sinha has joined the company as Avitech Group Head (HR) with effect from 7th Dec’ 10.

Dr. N. Sinha holds a Doctorate in Applied Chemistry from M.S. University, Baroda and has been involved in developing organizational HR practices for the last decade and a half. Dr. Sinha has worked with Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd., Promed Exports Pvt. Ltd., and finally with ACL Wireless Ltd as Director – H.R & Administration before joining Avitech.

Dr. Sinha holds the brief of introducing contemporary H.R systems and processes into the organization.
